|Description:||We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager at a new property in Amarillo.|
You will primarily be responsible for handling the accounting and posting duties for deposits and rent payments at your community. Other responsibilities include leasing, coordinating service requests with the Maintenance Supervisor and inspecting apartments after move-out.
|Duties:||Essential Duties and Responsibilities:|
o Assistant Manager, your goal will be to maximize occupancy and revenue by providing excellent customer service and coordinating all aspects of property operations.
o You have to be detail-oriented, accurate with numbers and can handle many tasks at once.
o As an assistant property manager you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Answer phones, take messages
o Customer service
o Call Backs
o File Daily
o Sign Leases
o Show Units
o Open/close show units
o Market daily
o Process Applications
o Take work orders
o Call back on work orders
o Posting Money Daily
o Charge late fees to accounts
o Send out late notices
o Water Billing
o Three a day notices
o File Evictions
o Show Potential Residents Floor Plans and Models
o Walk Move ins and Move outs
o And other duties as assigned
|Qualifications:||Previous Experience as a manager.|
Valid Drivers license and proof of insurance.
